Bookable Rooms

Book rooms for group discussion and private studies

The Prempeh II Library provides bookable discussion rooms and a computer laboratory (The DEN) to support collaborative learning, group discussions, and academic activities.

The facilities are located as follows:

  • Fourth Floor: Discussion rooms and the Computer Lab (The DEN)
  • Second Floor: Discussion rooms

Keys are required for access to all rooms. Contact Student Support Department for bookings

Guidelines for Bookable Rooms – Prempeh II Library

  1. Book rooms through the designated booking system at the library help desk.
  2. Rooms are to be used strictly for academic and research purposes.
  3. Users should occupy the room within 15 minutes of the booked time; otherwise, the reservation may be cancelled.
  4. Maintain silence and avoid activities that may disturb other library users.
  5. Food and drinks are not permitted unless authorized.
  6. Handle all furniture and equipment with care.
  7. Do not exceed the room’s maximum seating capacity.
  8. Leave the room clean and tidy after use.
  9. Report any faults or damages to library staff immediately.
  10. The Library reserves the right to cancel bookings or deny access if these guidelines are violated.
